Return Process

  Securely place the product in its original box, ensuring all cables, chargers, and documentation are included, and apply the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
